WHY ABORTION IS WRONG

I was only 17 when I had an abortion, I had no family support , young and no one to talk to only Rob and thought it was the answer to my situation. Wrong there is always help and I urge if contemplating an abortion please seek help, look at Pro Life videos, talk to a Pastor  or just think of that little life growing inside you.

By Gods Grace I was forgiven of my sins only when I repented and asked Jesus to be my Lord and Saviour.  John 3:16 For God so loved the world , that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him shouldn't perish, but have everlasting life.

 

GROWING UP WITH THE OCCULT

When I was very young I spent alot of time living with my Aunty whom I loved very much. Her husband died at a very early age and my Mum sent me to stay with her to keep her company.

Losing a loved one is very traumatic, and my Aunty heard about seances and thought it a good way of connecting with her loved one. For years we used this way of communicating with spirits and this led me into telling my friends when I got older and getting them into this as well.

I thought it was fun and exciting and a little scary sometimes when a spirit wasn'st so nice, but that was the thing that got me wanting to delve more into this with my homemade weedje board.

I even got Rob into it when friends come around , it was all just fun. I didn't realise until I became a Christian that I was delving into the occult and I had been doing this for nearly 18 years and I had been playing with the Devil and his demons.

I had a chance to witness to my Aunty in later years and she gave her life to the Lord..AMEN

LEARNING WRONGS FROM AN EARLY AGE....GAMBLING

When I wasn't staying with my Aunt,  which was sometimes at the weekend I was tought to play cards. Every weekend my brothers mates would come and play cards in our kitchen for money.

I used to love sitting and watching them it was so exciting and I soon learned how to play and everyone would let me have a turn, being little this was a big deal.

My Dad was a SP Bookie so I learned about horse racing, trots and dogs. Dad used to take me to the tracks with him sometimes and let me have a small bet. I was just happy to spend time with my Dad he was a good man and I loved him so much.

When I got older I used to have my own phone account and If I had a few spare dollars I would have a punt and sometimes win. A small flutter on the Poker machines was another way for me to try and win some money.

It all seems quite innocent but it is quite addictive if you dont watch out. And you never can beat the odds.

Once again I thank my Lord and Saviour from saving me from these behaviours and being thankfull for what the Lord has given me.

A STORY OF A CHRISTIAN HERO ON THE TITANIC

 

John Harper [a Baptist pastor from Glasgow, Scotland] had...spent three months ministering at Moody Church in Chicago, during which time the church had experienced "one of the most wonderful revivals in its history." He had not been back in Britain long, however, when he was asked to return and continue his ministry. Harper quickly made arrangements for himself and his six-year-old daughter, Nana, to travel back to America on board the Lusitania but decided to delay their departure for one week so that they could sail on a new ship which was about to make its maiden voyage-the Titanic.

 

The Titanic struck an iceberg at 11:40 pm on April 14, 1912. As the call was issued for passengers to vacate their cabins, Harper wrapped his daughter in a blanket, told her that she would see him again one day, and passed her to one of the crewmen. After watching her safely board one of the lifeboats, he removed his life-jacket and gave it to one of the other passengers. One survivor distinctly remembered hearing him shout, "Women, children, and the unsaved into the lifeboats!" Harper then ran along the decks pleading with people to turn to Christ, and, with the ship sinking, he called upon the Titanic's orchestra to play, "Nearer, My God, to Thee." Gathering people around him on deck, he then knelt down, and "with holy joy in his face," raised his arms in prayer. As the ship began to lurch, he jumped into the icy waters and swam frantically to all he could reach, beseeching them to turn to the Lord Jesus and be saved. Finally, as hypothermia set in, John Harper sank beneath the waters and passed into the Lord's presence. He was 39.

 

Four years later, a young Scotsman by the name of Aguilla Webb stood up in a meeting in Hamilton, Canada, and gave the following testimony:

 

I am a survivor of the Titanic. When I was drifting alone on a spar that awful night, the tide brought Mr. John Harper of Glasgow, also on a piece of the wreck, near me. "Man," he said, "are you saved?" "No," I said, "I am not." He replied, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved." The waves bore him away; but, strange to say, brought him back a little later, and he said, "Are you saved now?" "No," I said, "I cannot honestly say that I am." He said again, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved," and shortly after, he went down; and there, alone in the night, and with two miles of water under me, I believed. I am John Harper's last convert.

 

In a tribute to Harper, which was published in 1912 under the heading, "The Three Themes of a Hero," William Andrew of Glasgow noted that the three themes of John Harper's preaching had been "the Cross of Christ, God's marvelous grace to man, and the soon coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."

TAKING THE LORDS NAME IN VAIN

PLANNED PARENTHOOD ASSOCIATION AND WHAT THEIR TELLING OUR GIRL SCOUTS

Planned Parenthood in America are handing out these brochures to the girls in the Guides. This may be only in America now  but watch out its coming to a country  near you.

I am putting on this website an article with some very disturbing messages that let you know what is in these brochures. This sort of thing is happening everywhere and especially in our schools and anywhere they can reach the young.
